ATTENTION Class of 2023 (Seniors):
State law requires that you receive a 2nd dose of the Meningococcal (MCV4) immunization prior to the start of your senior year.
You must provide documentation of receiving this immunization to the high school nurse prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school year. You will not be allowed to start school until this documentation is received. If you have any questions, you may contact Nurse Rebecca at 272-8171 x 1311.
ATTENTION Parents of 2022-2023 8th graders:
State law requires that students receive the Tdap and MCV4 (meningitis) vaccines before they enter the 8th grade.
Now is the time to make sure your child has received these required immunizations. You must provide this documentation to the school before your child starts 8th grade.
Your child will not be allowed to start the 2022-2023 school year until this documentation is received.
