Primary School - Joyce Morris

"Joyce goes above and beyond to make sure our students get food in their bellies. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and the extra time that she takes to make sure our students' trays meet their needs."

Elementary School - Aaron Shinnebarger

"Aaron stepped up to take over as our head custodian at the Elementary School late in the year last year. Since then, he has gone above and beyond to help our building run successfully. He has done this with a positive, can-do attitude. He led his crew in working diligently to have classrooms ready for learning by the first day of school. He takes pride in his work. He has also effectively collaborated with teachers and staff as we began the new school year, listening and going the extra mile to help out. We are thankful to have him here!"

Intermediate School - Shannon Coyle

She does not let anything rattle her and goes to great lengths to help create individualized learning environments for the students she serves. Her ability to be flexible while also being an advocate for her kids is so appreciated."

"Bryon makes sure everyone is taken care of, whether it's emotionally or if we need something for our classroom. He makes the teachers and students laugh. The entire custodial staff does. He's a great leader for them and always makes sure his guys are also taken care of. He knows the school inside and out."

Gibson Tech - Keith McDannold

"Keith goes above and beyond as a paraprofessional and as a sponsor for SkillsUSA. HHe works hand in hand with Mr. Young, helping to guide the construction class through all of the processes of building a house. He handles all of the administrative tasks for nearly 200 SkillsUSA student members and organizes impactful service projects and contests to help prepare our students for their future careers."

District Support - Cy Bortner

"Cy has been working very hard on organizing park groundbreaking, getting sponsors for the football season, finding sponsors for the district magazine, and creating a sports calendar."
