Every month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one exceptional teacher with an Excellence Award. January’s deserving winner is Mr. John Giebler, the Instructional Support Specialist at Gibson Technical Center.
“Mr. Giebler spends countless hours working with students to help them in their efforts to become career-ready,” said GTC Director Brian Moler. “Whether it is helping students prepare resumes, practice interviewing skills, or prepare for a certification exam, Mr. Giebler’s dedication to helping students succeed is obvious.”
This is Giebler’s fifth year with the district and 11th in education.
“His heart for service is so evident in his willingness to take on additional tasks without hesitation to the point I have to tell him to slow down sometimes. Mr. Giebler is truly a valuable asset to our building and students and is very deserving of this honor,” Moler said.
