Every month, the Reeds Spring School District recognizes one exceptional staff member with an Excellence Award. February’s deserving winner is Karla Bauer, the district’s head nurse and the building nurse at Reeds Spring Middle School. This is Bauer’s 13th year with the district.
“Karla is always doing her best to serve students and staff as well as the nurses she works with,” said Health Care Aide Simone Patton. “She has great patience and is understanding, as well as being empathetic to everyone's needs or concerns. She is not only a great nurse but an asset to the Reeds Spring School District.”
